Damaged or Defective Item
We will replace or refund (at our discretion) items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 815.985.9918
Please include the following information:
1) The name of the item and a description of the issue.
2) The first and last name the order was placed under.
3) If the outer box has visible damage, we would appreciate a photo of the box.
We will work to resolve the issue immediately.
All product is inspected before shipping and we take great care in our packing. However, we recognize "things happen" between our warehouse and your home. We stand behind our product and will correct any problems. We reserve the right to no longer sell/ship to anyone we believe is abusing this policy.
